KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a scanned copy of your National ID or passport. Once verified, you won't need to do it again.

Placing bets on Score365 is subject to certain rules. These rules are in place to ensure a fair environment for all members.

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• Bets placed due to technical errors will be considered void
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled

• No platform fee on deposits
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal ৳300
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposit (within the first 30 days)
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn while wagering requirements remain incomplete

Score365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to place BDT 30,000 in total bets.

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device is not allowed
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited
• Score365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
• Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure

• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on your account

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded in full, unless the closure was due to fraud.
